MEATBALL DRY CURRY



MEATBALL:

350 gm minced meat ( mutton, lamb,

  beef, pork or any of your choice )
2 potatoes ( boiled, peeled & mashed )
2 onion big chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 piece ginger chopped
1 stalk curry leaves chopped
1 stalk coriander leaves chopped
1 green chilies chopped
1 red chilly chopped
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste


Mix all ingredients together.

Shape into small balls.

Heat up oil in a heavy saucepan.

Brown the meatballs & set aside.


GRAVY:

Oil for cooking
1 bay leaf
1 large onion chopped
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tbsp chilly powder
1 tsp meat curry powder
½ tsp kurmah powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tomato chopped
1 green chilly sliced
Lemon juice to taste
Coriander leaves chopped
Mint leaves chopped
Curry leaves chopped
Salt to taste


METHOD:

Using the same oil, fry onion until soft &
golden brown.

Add in bay leaf, ginger & garlic paste stir for few minutes.

Add chilly powder, meat curry powder, kurmah powder
turmeric powder & stir for few more minutes.

Add tomato, green chilly & stir until it becomes soft.

Add tomato puree, garam masala, salt.

Once the gravy start to boil add meatballs,
chopped herbs & mix well until all the
meatballs are coated with the gravy.

Remove from fire add lemon juice mix well.

Serve with rice or any types of bread.
