gm minced meat ( mutton, lamb,
beef,
pork or any of your choice )

piece ginger chopped

stalk curry leaves chopped

stalk coriander leaves chopped

green chilies chopped

red chilly chopped
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp meat curry powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp meat curry powder

tsp pepper powder
salt
to taste
Mix
all ingredients together.
Shape
into small balls.
Egg
lightly beaten
Bread
crumbs
Oil
for deep frying
Method:
Dip
each meatball in egg, roll into
bread
crumbs & deep fry in hot
oil
until golden brown & cooked.
Serve
with sauce of your choice.
