VEGETARIAN FISH WITH FRIED VEGETABLES CURRY






A:
1 packet vegetarian fish
( 6-8 pieces, fried )
3 lady’s finger cut & fried
1 brinjal long cut & fried

B:
1 tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
1 dried chilly cut
1 stalk curry leaves

C:
1 onion sliced
1 inch ginger sliced
3 cloves garlic sliced
2 green chilies sliced

D:
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp seafood curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tomato cut
1-1 ½ tbsp tamarind paste
200 ml coconut milk
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
( I use Indian sesame oil )
Coriander leaves chopped

METHOD:

Heat up oil fry B, once mustard seeds
popped add C sauté until light brown.  

Add in chili powder, curry powder,
turmeric powder & stir till oil comes up.

Add little water, tomato, tamarind & salt.

When tomato is half cooked add in
the fried fishes , vegetables & coconut
milk & let it cook for few minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves,
remove from fire & serve.
