STEAMED PUMPKIN CAKE

A)

Things to grind:



250 gm glutinous rice

( pre- soaked )

1/2 tsp pepper

water to blend

salt to taste

1 tbsp dried prawns fried



B)

Add on:



300gm pumpkin chopped

1 tsp tapioca flour



For toppings:

spring onions chopped

red chilly chopped

shallots oil



Method:



Mix A & B well pour into a steaming tray sprinkle with toppings

& steam for 30 minutes in medium flame, once cool cut into pieces

& serve with " CHILLY SAUCE DIPPING"
