BEAN CURD VADAI
3 pieces white bean curd ( mashed )
,2 tbsp chopped dried mushrooms ( presoked )
2 tbsp vegetarian chicken chopped,
1 tbsp carrot chopped,
red & green chilly chopped,
coriander leaves chopped,
curry leaves chopped,
1big onion chopped
salt to taste,
2-3 tbsp corn flour,
METHOD:
All mix well make like flat vadai... & deep fry in oil.
FOR NON-VEGE BEAN CURD VADAI:add in minced chicken or minced fish, minced prawns..........
