kg crab cleaned & cut

cup corn flour
Oil
for deep frying
Dust
the crab with flour &
deep
fry in oil keep aside.
B:

salted eggs hard boiled,
remove
the shell & chopped

Can buy Salted eggs from
Supermarkets
or Chinese
grocery
shops )

bird’s eye chilies,
red & green
chopped

tbsp garlic chopped

stalk curry leaves
½
tsp pepper
2
tsp sugar
3
tbsp Evaporated milk
3
tbsp butter
METHOD:
Melt
the butter fry garlic, curry
leaves,chilies
until golden brown.
Add
eggs, pepper, sugar & milk
stir till dry.
Add
fried crabs & stir-fry.
Remove
from fire & serve hot.
