cups dosa batter
Coriander
leaves chopped
Chili
flakes
Sesame
oil ( Indian )
Things
to fry:
1 tbsp cashew nuts broken
1
tbsp red & green chilies chopped
2-3
tbsp coconut grated
Curry
leaves chopped
1
tbsp ghee
METHOD:
Heat
up ghee & fry the above
ingredients until
light brown colour.
Pour
the fried ingredients into the
dosa batter mix
well with coriander leaves.
Heat
up non-stick pan, pour a ladle
of
dosa mixture, make as a pancake,
prinkle with chili flakes, drizzle with sesame oil
& cook both sides.
Serve
hot with chutney or curry.
This
coconut dosa can eat plain
without any
side dish.
