can sardine ( small ) in
tomato
sauce ( remove the bones )

onion chopped

cloves garlic chopped
Few
birds eye chilly chopped

red chilly sliced

tsp chili paste

tbsp dark soya sauce
Salt
to taste
Oil
for cooking

stalk spring onion chopped
Coriander
leaves chopped
METHOD:
Heat
up oil fry onion, garlic until
brown
add chilies, chilly paste
fry
for few minutes.
Add
in sardine, rice, salt mix &
stir-fry.
Last
add spring onions, coriander
leaves
mix well & serve hot.
My version is i cook d sardine sambal first till a bit garing then add d rice....my son's favorite...:)
