250 gm semolina
250 gm plain flour
300 gm sugar
200 gm butter
6 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
120 ml milk
½ cup almond chopped
1 tsp vanilla
Method:
Sift dry things.
Separate the eggs & beat the yolk.
Cream the butter & sugar then
slowly add the yolk.
Stir in the flour, baking powder &
Semolina alternately with milk.
Then fold in the almonds.
Whisk egg white until stiff then fold
into the mixture.
Add vanilla & pour mixture into a greased
baking pan.
Bake in moderate oven for 40-45 minutes.
