RICE & VEGETABLE CUTLET WITH CHEESE



½ cup flour + water to make batter
½ cup bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp cheddar cheese grated
Salt to taste

Fillings:(chopped)

1 hand full spinach
1 cabbage leaves
1 carrot grated
1 onion
1 small tomato
4-5 bird’s eye chili’s
1 tsp curry leaves
1 tsp coriander leaves

Method:

Mix well rice with cheese, salt & all
the chopped fillings together & make
into lime size balls & press little to
make it flat a bit, dip into batter, roll
into bread crumbs & deep fry in hot
oil until golden brown.

Serve hot with chutneys or chilly sauce.
