DEEP FRIED ICE-CREAM BREAD


Ingredients:

3 slices white bread
3 pieces. Cling film
3 balls ice-creams (your choice)

Oil for deep frying
2 tbsp any fruits sauce( optional)

Batter:

2tbsp flour +
2tbsp water


METHOD:

1.Press the white bread into flat with knife.
  Warp in ice-cream balls; brush the edges with
  some batter. Warp tight with cling film. Keep
  in freezer for 2 hours until harden.

2. Remove cling film, drop into boiled oil to
  deep fry until golden brown over medium heat.
  Dish up & drain well.

3. Pour fruits sauce on top before serving.
