Raw Mango Chutney ( Mango Pachadi )


Raw mango( big ) - 1 no
(cut into small pieces)
Red dry chilly
Bengal gram( Kadalaparippu )  - 2 tsp
Coconut - 1/4th of one( grated )

Mustard seeds - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp for seasoning
Oil
Salt
Curd - 1 cup
Method:
Fry Bengal gram and dry chilly in oil.

Grind it with coconut, mustard and salt into a coarse form.

Add water and grind to a thick paste.

Add handful cut mango and grind coarsely.

Heat oil in a pan.

Splutter mustard and curry leaves and pour the paste into it and switch off the stove.

Add curd on top of it and mix well.

Add the left over mangoes and mix well.

 Goes well with rice.
