PUNUGULU ( SAVORY SNACK )




2 cups Idli / dosa batter
1 onion chopped

1 red chilly chopped 

1 green chilly chopped  
Small piece ginger chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 -3 tbsp semolina
1-2 tbsp rice flour
Curry leaves chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
 
Mix all the ingredients into the
batter & keep for 20-30 minutes.
 
Oil for frying
Pinch of baking soda
 

METHOD:


Heat up oil in a pan.

 Mix baking soda in the batter.

Take a little spoon of batter & 
pour into hot oil.

Fry them until golden brown colour.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
