inch ginger cut

stick salary cut

piece cinnamon bark

star anises

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp Rasam powder

tsp black pepper crushed
½
tsp white pepper powder
Water
to cook
Salt
to taste
METHOD:
Put
mutton & all other ingredients
into
a big soup pot & cook in
slow
fire for 30- 40 minutes or
until
meat is cooked & soft.
Garnish
with fried shallots &
coriander
leaves.
Serve
hot with toasted bread or plain
