box quail eggs (boiled, remove the shell, by
using
fork or toothpick make few holes in it)
pinch
of mustard seeds
pinch
of cumin seeds

onion chopped

tsp garlic chopped

tsp ginger chopped
Red
& green chilies chopped
Pinch
of chilly powder
Pinch
of turmeric powder
Salt
to taste

tbsp oil
Curry
leaves
2
tbsp grated coconut
METHOD:
In
a frying pan add mustard seeds &
cumin
seeds to hot oil.
Once the mustard seeds pop up add the
chopped onion, ginger & garlic, fry until
soft.
Add
eggs, chilly powder, turmeric powder,
salt,
both chilies & curry leaves mix well.
Add
coconut, quick stir for 2 minutes & serve.
