gm medium size prawns

tbsp shallots chopped

tsp garlic chopped
½
tsp ginger chopped
1
tsp bird’s eye chilies chopped

tbsp sweet soya sauce
2
tbsp soya sauce
1-2
tbsp oil
Chopped
spring onions
METHOD:
Fry
all the chopped ingredients
in
oil till light brown.
Add
in prawns, both soya sauce &
stir
for few minutes till prawns cooked.
Garnish
with spring onion & serve hot.
