FISH PAN ROAST




MARINATE: 

 200 gm salmon fish cubed
( or any good fish will do)
½  tsp ginger & garlic paste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste

(Marinate fish with the above
 ingredients & keep for 30 minutes)

 1 large onion chopped
1 tsp ginger & garlic chopped
1 tbsp chilly powder
½ tbsp fish curry powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp pepper powder
1 tomato chopped
Salt to taste
1 green chilly sliced
Curry leaves
¼ tsp fenugreek powder
(dry fry & powdered)
Coriander leaves
Lime juice to taste
Oil for cooking

METHOD:

Shallow fry the fish & keep aside.

In same pan sauté onion, ginger & garlic
till soft, add all the powders expect fenugreek
powder & stir for few minutes.

Add tomato, green chili, salt & curry leaves.

Once tomato is soft add fish, fenugreek powder,
& stir well, remove from fire add lime juice,
( to avoid bitterness) coriander leaves mix
well & serve.
