( Rinse
brinjal & cut into sections.
Fry
them in hot oil till cooked, dish it out.
Arrange brinjals on a serving plate)
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp cooking oil
1
tbsp sesame oil
1
tbsp dried shrimps chopped
1
tbsp garlic chopped

gm minced meat
5
shelled prawns diced
5
bird’s eye chilly chopped
1
tbsp red chilly chopped
SAUCE:
1
tbsp oyster sauce
1
tbsp light soya sauce
1
tbsp fish sauce
½
tsp sugar
1
calamansi lime juice (limau kasturi)
METHOD:
Heat
up both oil & sauté garlic & dried
shrimps
until fragrant.
Add
in minced meat & prawns, stir-fry well.
Add
in both chilies, fry well & dish it out.
Bring
all sauce ingredients to boil.
Spoon
over the fried/cooked brinjals.
Sprinkle
the mix meat mixture as topping.
Garnish
with spring onions & serve hot.
