DEEP FRIED PARATHA ROLLS


Ready made parathas

Some chives (blanched)

Oil for deep-frying

A:

1/2 cup flour + water to
make thick batter
salt & pepper to taste
pinch of yellow color 

(Mix & keep aside)

B:

1 can tuna
3 shallots chopped
1 green chill chopped
1 tomato chopped
¼ tsp pepper powder
Curry leaves chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
Few drops of lemon juice

(Mix all together & keep aside)


METHOD:

Heat up oil for frying.

Spread tuna mix on parathas.

 Roll up & tie up with chives.

Coat rolls with batter & deep fry till
golden brown.

Cut into pieces & serve with tomato ketchup.

NOTE:

Add  variety of stuffing’s to your taste.
