marinate & keep for 30 minutes

keep overnight in fridge.
B:

onion sliced
1
tsp garlic sliced
1
lemon grass cut into 2

stalk curry leaves
3
dried chilies cut
1
stalk spring onion cut
Oil
for cooking
METHOD:
Heat
up oil & brown onion & garlic, add in
dried
chilies, lemon grass, curry leaves.
Now
add in the marinated meat &
stir-fry
till cooked.
Add
spring onion mix well.
Serve
hot with cooked rice.
