anchovies ( small )

gm four angled beans cut
Salt
to taste
Oil
for cooking
METHOD:
Sauté
shallots, garlic, anchovies & chilly in
oil
until golden brown.
Add
in angled beans, salt & stir-fry until
cooked.
Serve
as a side dish.
