FRIED FISH IN SPICY BLACK BEAN SAUCE




3-4 pieces fish fried

1 onion sliced

3 cloves garlic sliced

1 piece ginger sliced

1 red chilly sliced

5 birds eye chilies sliced

1-2 tbsp black bean paste

1 tbsp dark soya sauce

Salt & sugar to taste

1 stalk spring onion cut

Oil for cooking


Method:


Sauté  onion, garlic, ginger & both the 

chilies in oil till brown coloure.


Add bean paste sir for one minute, add soya 

sauce, salt & sugar.


Add fried fish pieces mix well.


Garnish with spring onion & serve.
