SPICY FRIED FISH EGGS




 To Marinate: A

200 gm fish eggs
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chilly powder
½ tsp fish curry powder
½ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
Salt to taste

Marinate all the above 
ingredients together for 
20 minutes, fry & keep aside.

B:

1 tsp fennel seeds
1 onion sliced
1 small piece ginger sliced
3 cloves garlic sliced
1 red chili sliced
1 green chili sliced
1 stalk curry leaves
Oil for cooking


METHOD:

Heat up oil, fry “B” until golden
brown colour.

Add in the fried fish eggs & quick stir.

Remove from fire & serve hot.

SPICY COCONUT DOSA





 2 cups dosa batter
Coriander leaves chopped
Chili flakes
Sesame oil ( Indian )

Things to fry:

 1 tbsp cashew nuts broken
1 tbsp red & green chilies chopped
2-3 tbsp coconut grated
Curry leaves chopped
1 tbsp ghee

METHOD:

Heat up ghee & fry the above 
ingredients until light brown colour.

Pour the fried ingredients into the
dosa batter mix well with coriander leaves.

Heat up non-stick pan, pour a ladle
of  dosa mixture, make as a pancake,
prinkle with chili flakes, drizzle with sesame oil & cook both sides.

Serve hot with chutney or curry.

This coconut dosa can eat plain 
without any side dish.

FRIED BANANAS WITH CHEESE & MILK DRIZZLE




2 bananas ripe cut

Oil for deep frying



Topping:



Condensed milk

Cheddar cheese grated   



To make Batter:



½ cup self-risings flour

½ tsp rice flour

1 tsp sugar

Pinch of salt

Pinch of yellow food colour

Water to make thick batter



Mix all the above ingredients

together & keep aside for 10 minutes.



METHOD:



Heat up oil, dip bananas in batter &

deep fry in oil until golden brown.



Arrange the fried bananas on a serving

plate, drizzle the milk ( u may add chocolate,

or any other sweet syrup of your choice ) over

the hot bananas & sprinkle on top with cheese.



Serve hot with tea or coffee.

MIXED CEREALS & BANANA COOKIES ( These Are Not Crispy Cookies )






1 cup mixed cereals with dried fruits & nuts
2 bananas mashed
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp cooking chocolate grated

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix all the above ingredients together.

Shape into balls with your hands &
place on a baking pan covered with parchment paper.
 

Press down into a disc shape if desired.

Bake at preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
