tsp tomato ketchup

tsp ginger & garlic paste

tsp black pepper crushed

tsp lemon juice

Garnishing:
Spring onions
Method:
Mix
all the above ingredients
together
in a bowl, keep aside.
Sauté
garlic in oil until golden colour.
Add in the prawns, vegetables with sauce.
Stir-fry
for few minutes until prawns turn
red
colour & vegetables cooked.
Garnish
with spring onions.
Serve
hot as a main dish or side dish.
