Things
to marinate:

gm chicken pieces

tsp ginger & garlic paste
3
tsp pepper powder
2
tsp chilly flacks
1
tsp turmeric powder
Salt
to taste
Marinate
the chicken for 10-20 minutes.

cinnamon stick
2
star anises
1
bay leaf
1
stalk lemon grass crush
2
large onion sliced
1
inch ginger sliced
3
cloves garlic sliced
2
green chillies sliced
1
red chilly sliced
1
tomato sliced
3
birds eye chillies sliced
1
stalk curry leaves
Oil
for cooking
Coriander
leaves for garnishing
METHOD:
Heat
up oil, fry cinnamon, star anises, lemon
grass,
add onion,ginger, garlic, bay leaf, curry
leaves & fry till
onion turn into light brown colour.
Add
all the chillies, tomato & marinated chicken.
Mix
well cover & cook in medium flame ( stir on &
off
) until cooked.
(
If need add some coconut milk / water to get gravy ).
Add
coriander leaves, mix well & serve.
