500 gm squids clean
& cut
1 lemon grass cut
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
chopped
1 piece ginger sliced
1 green chilly sliced
1 red chilly sliced
Few birds eye chillies chopped
1 tomato chopped
Curry leaves
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Lime juice to taste
METHOD:
Heat up oil, fry lemon
grass, onion, garlic, ginger,
all the chillies until
golden & fragrant.
Add tomato, turmeric
powder & salt cook until soft.
Then add squids, curry
leaves & pepper stir- fry till cooked.
Last add lemon juice
mix well & serve.
