gm dory fish fillets
2-3
tbsp curd
1
tsp ginger & garlic paste
1
tsp coriander leaves chopped
Pinch
of turmeric powder
Things
to pound / dry grind:
3
dried chilies
1
tsp black pepper
Salt
to taste
1
stalk lemon grass
3
shallots
1
stalk curry leaves
Oil
for cooking
METHOD:
Marinate
the fish with all the ingredients,
keep
for 1 hour or overnight.
Heat
up nonstick pan, I use Flip “N” Cook Pan
(
see photo below ) add 1 spoon oil & pan
fry
the fish fillets both side until cooked.
Remove
fish to a serving dish.
In
the same pan ( add oil if needed ) add the
reminder
marinate sauce & cook until thick.
Serve
pan fried fish hot with spicy sauce.
