BUTTER CHEESE CAKE



250 gm butter
220 gm caster sugar
4 eggs
100 ml milk
280 gm flour
1 tsp baking powder
120 gm cheddar cheese grated

FOR TOPPING:

Cheddar cheese grated

METHOD:

Preheat oven for 10 minutes.

Beat butter & sugar until fluffy.

Add in egg one at a time &
beat well after each addition.

Fold in milk, flour & baking powder,
grated cheese mix well.

Pour into greased baking pan.

Scatter topping on.

Bake in 150°C for 30 minutes.
