PUMPKIN RAITA




1 cup pumpkin ( cooked well )
½  - 1 cup yogurt
2 green chilies chopped
1 red chilly chopped
1 shallot chopped
½ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp chilly powder
½ tsp cumin seed
Salt to taste
Curry leaves chopped
Coriander  leaves  chopped
Mint leaves chopped

METHOD:
Mix all together & serve cold at lunch or dinner.
