FRIED POMFRET IN SPICY SOYA SAUCE



1 black pomfret, 800 gm
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 onion big shredded
2 green chilies sliced
3 birds eye chilly (green) sliced
Small piece of young ginger sliced
Oil for cooking

Seasoning:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2-3 tbsp water

For garnishing:
Spring onion chopped

Method:

Make slanting cuts on the fish &
rub with 1 tsp light soy sauce.

Heat up oil fry fish until cooked.

Heat up 1 tbsp oil, fry garlic,
onion until light brown, add in
ginger, both chilies & stir-fry until
fragrant, add  light soy sauce &
water, stir well, add spring onion.

Pour the sauce over the fried fish &
serve hot with plain rice.
