tsp garlic chopped

shallots sliced

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp soy sauce

tsp seasoning ( optional )

bowl of mixed vegetables of your choice
Salt,
pepper & sugar to taste

onion for garnishing
METHOD:
Heat
up oil, sauté shallots & garlic.
Add
in all the other ingredients & stir-fry.
Garnish
with spring onions & serve hot.
