SPICY MINT MUTTON





1 cinnamon
2 star anises
1 onion large chopped
1 green chilly sliced
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
2 tbsp chilly powder
1 tsp meat curry powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
250 gm mutton pieces
1 tomato small chopped
1 hand full mint leaves
1 stalk coriander leaves chopped
¼ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Ghee /oil for cooking
Water for cooking

METHOD:

Heat up ghee, fry cinnamon, star
anises & onion until brown.

Add ginger & garlic paste, stir for
1-2 minutes.

Add chilly powder, curry powder, turmeric
powder stir for 1-2 minutes.

Add mutton, tomato, green chilly,
coriander leaves, salt mix well,
add some water, cover & cook
till done.

Once mutton is cooked & dry add
garam masala, mint leaves mix well .

Serve hot with bread or rice.
