SPICY FRIED RED SNAPPER




Lemon slices

Oil for deep frying


Marinate for fish:


400-500 gm fish pieces


2 tbsp chilly powder

½ tsp pepper powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

Salt to taste


Marinate fish for 20-30 minutes.


METHOD:


Deep fry fish in hot oil till golden 

brown colour.


Squeeze some lemon juice over

 fried fish.


Serve hot.
