FRIED MACKEREL WITH SPICY PINEAPPLE PUREE DIPPING



Oil for frying

FOR FISH:

Mackerel, cleaned & cut into slices
Salt, turmeric & pepper to taste

Marinate fish with above ingredient
for 10 minutes & deep fry in hot oil,
keep aside.

FOR PUREE:

1 cup pineapple
6 bird’s eye chills
2 shallots
1 cherry tomato
Coriander leaves
Lime juice to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

All blend into puree & serve with fried fish.
