1 cup cooked rice
1 tbsp chicken meat sliced
1 tbsp prawns cleaned
½ cup green apple chopped
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tbsp light soya sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of ajinomoto
3 shallots onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
5 bird’s eye chilly chopped
(add more or less to taste)
Oil for cooking
GARNISHING:
1 stalk spring onion chopped
Red chilly chopped
METHOD:
Heat up oil & fry shallots & garlic till light brown.
Add in chicken, prawns, soya sauce, salt ,
pepper & bird’s eye chilly & stir-fry for few minutes.
Add rice & fry for couple of minutes, string continuously.
Push the rice aside & pour the beaten egg into the
center of the work, stir well for few minutes.
Add in apples, ajinomoto & mix well.
Garnish with spring onion & red chilly.
