FISH FRITTERS WITH CHILLY & SALT



SEASONING:

4 dried chills
1 tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt

Grind all the ingredients to powder

 FISH:

200 gm fish sliced
Corn flour
Egg lightly beaten
Breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying

METHOD:

Dust fish with flour, quick dip into
egg, breadcrumbs  & deep fry in
hot oil until golden brown colour.

Mix with chilly & salt powder.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
