5 ripe mangoes ( from small size family,
they are sweet & sour, peel off the skin)
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp mixed spice (cinnamon, cloves,
star anise's, cardamoms)
1 onion big chopped
½ tsp ginger & garlic paste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chilly paste
Salt & sugar to taste
Curry leaves
Oil for cooking
METHOD:
Heat up oil, add mustard seeds, once
it pops out add mixed spice.
Add onion & fry until it turns light
brown color, add ginger & garlic paste
& stir for 1 minute, then add chilly paste
stir until raw smell gets off, add some
water, turmeric powder let it boil.
Once start to boil add mangoes &
cover for few minutes, add salt & sugar
to taste, sprinkle with curry leaves & serve.
