Marinate:
450 gm lamb meat, cut into thin strip
3 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
1 tbsp chicken stock mixed with
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp corn flour mixed with
2 tbsp water
Pepper to taste
(Marinate above all ingredient
together for 30 minutes)
2 cloves garlic chopped
200 gm asparagus sliced
1 onion big sliced
40 gm baby corn sliced
40 gm capsicums, red & green sliced
3 shiitake mushroom sliced
Oil for cooking
Method:
Heat up oil fry garlic till light brown,
add in marinated lamb & stir-fry for 30
seconds, add in all the vegetables & stir-fry
for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Serve hot with plain rice.
