10 rambutan seedless cut
½ cucumber chopped
1 small tomato chopped
2 shallots chopped
1 red chilly chopped
1 stalk curry leaves chopped
1 stalk coriander leaves chopped
1/4 tsp lime juice
½ tsp crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
Few drops of salad oil ( optional)
METHOD:
All mix together & serve.
Very healthy salad.
