STEAMED CRAB WITH EGG WHITE


 

3 medium crabs cleaned

4 cloves garlic sliced

2 egg white

250 ml chicken stock

Salt to taste

1 tbsp Shaoxing /Hua Diao wine

(Chinese cooking wine)

 

Method:

 

Clean the crab, place on a heat proof

plate & steam for 5 minutes.

 

Combine all other ingredients mix

well & pour over steamed crab.

 

Steam for further 5 minutes.

 

Garnish with spring onion.
