MIXED FRUITS BREAD PUDDING



8 piece bread
120 gm butter
1 tin mixed fruits, drained
60 gm dried mixed fruits

Mix together:

4 eggs
1 cup fruit juice
1 cup fresh milk
60-80 gm castor sugar
¼  tsp  brandy (optional)

Method:

Spread butter on both sides of bread &
cut into triangles, arrange 4 slices of
bread on greased oven proof dish.

Pour in ½ of mixture & spread some dried
mixed fruits & cover with remaining 4
sliced bread, pour in the remaining
mixture, add dried fruits & put aside
for 2-3 hours for the bread to soak up
the liquid.

Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or till
 cooked.
